Media Kit for Switch N’ Whisky
Hailing from sunny Stuart Florida, Switch N’ Whisky is the perfect band to represent the state that birthed southern rock. You know that a band is in it to win it when they are willing to wait almost three years for a singer/guitarist from South Africa to fill in the final puzzle piece.
With their unique brand of southern rock n’ roll and the release of their debut EP “Keep it in the Red”, Switch N’ Whisky has been making waves all over their home state. The hard work and the relentless touring schedule has earned the band a good reputation that is rapidly spilling over to the rest of the country.
It’s evident when watching Switch N’ Whisky perform live that they are no strangers to the stage. One can clearly hear the maturity in the songwriting and execution when listening to their songs.
The six song EP shows a wide variety of influences from bands that includes Blackberry Smoke, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Aerosmith, ACDC and Bad Company. From the opening track “Keep it in the Red” to the outro solo of “Married to the Road” the EP takes the listener on a journey that’s diverse, dynamic and tells a story of a band that is committed, hungry and destined for the big time.
